Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your pet.  Please be courteous of other guests and walk your dog off the common area.  If pets soil carpets or damage interior of rooms there will be an additional charge.

**Reservation Cancellation Policy**

Minimum of two weeks' notice.  Early departures are subject to rebooking.  Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests and yet prevent the loss of vital income to our business.  Our location is such that we do not have a large volume of traffic past our facilities, thus we must depend on advance reservations.  Once we reserve a cabin for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests.  If you cancel a reservation earlier than two weeks prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $20.00 per night cancellation fee. For reservations of 4 or more cabins, a 30 day notice is required. 


Pontoon Rental

$125.00 per day plus  $50. deposit.  The deposit will be returned as long as the boat is returned with full gas tanks and no damage.  Maximum 8 passengers.  Reservations are recommended.  Full day is 8:00a.m. until dark.  Half day rentals, five hours or less are $90.00
